The Hartford Dental Society (HDS) is a professional association whose members are dentists in the Greater Hartford area*. HDS is component of the Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA) and the American Dental Association (ADA). Our members belong to all three organizations.
HDS members are very active in the communities they serve as well as supporting state-wide and national efforts to improve oral health care and education for all sectors of the public. Unique to the HDS is our Smilemobile program, which brings oral health education into the classrooms of every public elementary school in every town we serve. Other community programs that HDS members actively support include the CSDA Mission of Mercy and the ADA Give Kids A Smile event which is held each year in February.

Volunteer Opportunity for Dentists and Hygienists
Bethesda medial mission is seeking dental volunteers to travel to Montrois Haiti July 8-15. The services we will be offering will consist of extractions, fillings, cleanings, sealants, and flouride treatments. This mission will be working out of an orphanage but will be serving both adults and children.
